The Queer Shakespeare Project are excited to announce their next production!

Much Ado About Nothing

One of Shakespeare's best loved comedies which tells the tale of two sets of lovers, both with drastically different ways of showing it. Returning from the war, Benedick and Claudio meet their childhood friends, Beatrice and Hero (respectively) and through parties, masked balls and a whole lot of chaos along the way, fall madly in love with each other.

We aim to create an inclusive, diverse cast that comes from all walks of life. We encourage people of colour, people from low socio-economic backgrounds and D/deaf and disabled communities to audition.

To implement new practices within our rehearsal rooms, we will have captions created from otter.ai in all our zoom meetings and we hope to have a pot of funds to help people from low-socioeconomic backgrounds for any props and costume which is required specifically for the show.
